Guarantee & Returns

All the internet store xcelsior selection items have 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
To receive the manufacturer’s guarantee service you will need all documents about making and receiving the purchase and you will need to deliver the purchase to the xcelsior shop at Blaumaņa 5a, Riga, LV-1011.

You have the right to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days after you have received it. Using the right of withdrawal you should note that items must be returned at your own expense within 7 days from the date you sent the refusal. Before returning items please contact us at centrs@xcelsior.lv and explain the reasons and details of return.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.

Remember, the product should not be used, and the original packaging needs to be retained!
After receiving the return in our shop (Blaumaņa 5a, Riga), we’ll send a refund to your bank account over the next 30 days.

To avoid confusion, receiving the purchase please make sure that it fully corresponds with the ordered (manufacturer, model, color, size and other relevant parameters). If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival (scratches, cracks, etc.), you have the right to refuse items at once.
